An Northern TAS hospital requires a Registered Nurse/RN inDiabetes/Endocrinologyfrom 07/09/2026 to 27/11/2026.
Essential skill set includes:
• Outreach and Inreach Management of adult Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
• Management of adult New Start Insulin education
• Gestational Diabetes Mellitus management and GDM Group Education
• Inreach Inpatient referral - assessment and patient education, recent start insulin
