Sydney Sirens seek a Head of Performance and Strength & Conditioning to lead the high-performance programme across Super Netball levels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on S&C; delivery, athlete monitoring, load management and coordination of the broader performance services team.

This position aligns with IQF Level 7, overseeing the strategic performance framework and interdisciplinary planning while retaining direct responsibility for S&C; programming and athlete monitoring.
