Responsibilities n
n
Act as the primary cloud subject matter expert, providing technical advice and guidance to technology and business stakeholders
n
Lead and support AWS cloud infrastructure management, including incident, change, and problem management
n
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop automated cloud solutions and environments
n
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, data protection, and other standards across cloud platforms
n
Lead implementation and optimisation of monitoring, support, and operational capabilities across AWS and associated infrastructure
n
Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to deliver high-quality cloud services and operational outcomes
n
Provide on-call support as needed
n
Lead major incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives
n
Provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex cloud-related issues
n
Requirements n
n
Extensive experience working in AWS cloud environments, ideally in a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead capacity
n
Experience migrating and deploying applications using CloudFormation and Terraform, including associated troubleshooting
n
One or more AWS industry certifications
n
Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
n
Experience using Copilot, DevOps Agent, Splunk, CloudWatch, and native tools to triage and narrow down technical problems
n




Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide expert technical guidance across multiple teams
n
Experience mentoring teams and collaborating with offshore delivery partners
n
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work autonomously, and able to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment
n
n
Demonstrates extensive expertise in AWS cloud environments, focusing on infrastructure management, automation, and compliance with security standards. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality cloud services and operational improvements.
