Sous Chef | Beachfront Hotel

We're on the hunt for a Sous Chef, a right hand to our Head Chef - someone able to run the show when they are not in venue, use your passion to create memorable food and run a smooth ship

A day in the life of a Senior Sous Chef:
n
n
You'll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Head Chef to ensure every service is flawless.
n
Take charge of shifts, mentor the team, and keep the kitchen standards razor‐sharp.
n
Inspire your crew with your expertise and a can‐do attitude, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen is a work of art.
n

Inherent requirements:
n
n
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
n

About you:
n
n
You've got solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume pub or similar setting.
n
Your cooking credentials and food safety certifications are up-to-date.
n
You're a natural-born leader who commands respect with your skills and cool‐headed approach.
n




You have a serious love for creating delicious food that keeps people coming back for more.
