Job Description
EROAD is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Sydney to own a portfolio of customer relationships and drive retention and growth. You will act as the go-to expert on our SaaS products and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues and identify opportunities.

With around 3 years in customer-facing roles and a background in technology or SaaS, you'll thrive in a delivery framework such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban and be familiar with CRM tools.
