Availability Requirements n
To be considered for our roles, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week and be available within one of the following shift patterns:

Housekeeping Room Attendant
n
n
n
Shifts scheduled between
8:00am and 5:00pm
n
n
Housekeeping Service Attendant
n
n
n
Shifts scheduled between
6:00am and 10:00pm
n
About the Role n
n
n
Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and service areas in line with Crown's high brand and quality standards
n
n
Deliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service
n
n
Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across assigned work areas
n
n




Accurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures
n
n
Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties
n
About You n
n
n
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a customer service environment (hotel experience highly regarded)
n
n
Solid attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
n
n
A reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
n
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
n
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
n
Additional Information n

Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role
n
n
Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
