Business Development Manager – Property Management | Uncapped Commission

This is a genuine business development position focused on winning new Property Management Agency accounts and growing long-term client relationships. You will identify and approach new Property Management Agencies and real estate groups, build relationships with decision-makers, arrange client meetings and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into active clients. Our Operations team handles quotations, scheduling, technicians, job delivery, invoicing and day-to-day service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach new Property Management Agencies and real estate groups
n
Build relationships with Directors, Department Heads, BDMs and Property Managers
n
Arrange client meetings and presentations
n
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing frameworks and service agreements
n
Convert prospects into active Any's Repair clients
n
Identify opportunities to expand into additional offices, portfolios and departments
n
Support new clients during the initial onboarding period
n




Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience in business development or account management
n
Experience in real estate / Property Management industry
n
Experience in property maintenance, trades, facilities management or related services
n
Experience in B2B sales and relationship development
n
Experience working directly with Property Managers, Department Heads or agency decision-makers
n
Existing network within the Melbourne Property Management industry highly regarded
n
Confident in approaching current clients, arranging meetings, presenting services, negotiating commercial terms and independently developing a sales pipeline
n
