The Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking a dedicated candidate for the 1st Year Apprentice Chef program. You will train under qualified chefs and gain experience across the Club's kitchen while completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Through rotations in different kitchens and sections, you'll develop basic cooking skills, knife technique, and food safety knowledge, advancing with continuous mentorship and hands‐on practice.
