Minimum Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or GED.
n
College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience (1 year college = 1 year experience).

Experience:

4 years of human services experience (with HS diploma/GED).

Supervisory experience preferred.

Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location Requirement: Onsite

Schedule: 4:00pm-12:30am Tuesday-Saturday

About the Role
n
The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Director's absence.
n
Primary Responsibilities
n
n
Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
n
Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
n
Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
n
Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
n
Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
n
May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
n
Perform additional duties as assigned.
