The Opportunity
n We're looking for an experienced and driven
Project Manager
to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
n
As Project Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
n
Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules
n
Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals
n
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams
n
Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively
n
Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews
n
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented
n




Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
n
Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role
n
Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
n
Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
n
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities
n
