Metal Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Metal Machine Operator to join our team in Narellan, manufacturing guttering, steel roofing and related metal products.
n
This role is ideal for someone with experience operating metalworking machinery, particularly press machines, who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate press and metal-forming machinery safely and efficiently
n
Manufacture guttering, steel roofing and other metal products
n
Measure, cut, form and process sheet metal to specifications
n
Conduct quality checks on finished products
n
Load and unload materials
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n
Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience operating press machines or metalworking machinery preferred
n




Manufacturing, sheet metal or roofing industry experience highly regarded
n
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
n
Reliable, punctual and able to consistently start at 5:00 AM
n
Able to follow instructions and work independently
n
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
Forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential
n
