Registered Nurse (RN) – Wyndham Vale Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care to an aged-care client.

We are looking for a reliable and professional RN who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting older Australians to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Casual / Contractor Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide professional nursing care in the client's home
n
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor the client's health
n
Develop and implement appropriate care strategies
n
Monitor changes in the client's condition and elevate concerns when required
n
Provide clinical advice and recommendations
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and service notes
n
Communicate effectively with the client, family, support workers, and Care Tribe Services team
n
Follow all relevant clinical, safety, and organisational guidelines
n

Compassionate, reliable, and professional
n
Experienced in aged care, community nursing, or home care
n
Confident working independently in a client's home
n
Strong in clinical assessment and communication
n
Committed to providing person-centred care
n

Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Relevant nursing qualification
n
Previous aged-care/community nursing experience preferred
n
Current Police Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Australian working rights
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
n
