About the Role
n
n
Lead the governance, procurement and performance of national property services contracts
n
Drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships and commercial optimisation initiatives
n




Oversee a high-volume Property Services Administration function managing approximately 17,000 annual work orders
n
Ensure contractor compliance, risk management and service excellence across a national portfolio
n
Partner with operational and executive leaders to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes
n
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
7+ years' experience in contract management & procurement, specialising in property services
n
Experience managing complex, high-value contracts across multi-site operations
n
Solid commercial, negotiation and supplier relationship management capability
n
Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement or a related discipline
n
Strong understanding of contract governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
n
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in complex environments
n
