The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced
Casual Cocktail Bartender
to join our front-of-house team at a'Mare & Vista'Mare Sydney.
n
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the warmth, elegance and professionalism our venues are renowned for.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistently high standard.
n
Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
n
Work efficiently in a fast-paced,



high-volume premium dining environment.
n
Uphold venue standards, policies and service procedures.
n
Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
n
Pouring an excellent coffee with gorgeous latte art
n
n
About You
n
n
You'll ideally have:
n
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender.
n
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits.
n
Knowledge of Italian amari, aperitivi and Italian spirits is a major advantage.
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A polished, professional presentation.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
Current NSW RSA.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
