The STEAM Curriculum & Operations Manager is the senior internal delivery lead for Bendigo Tech School. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end design, scheduling, quality assurance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of Bendigo Tech School's learning programs.

To be considered for this position, you will have;
n
n
A degree in Education or a relevant STEAM discipline with substantial experience in curriculum design, program leadership, and educational operations; postgraduate study or equivalent experience highly regarded.
n




Ability to develop cutting-edge STEAM programs using advanced technologies and contemporary pedagogy.
n
Ability to be responsible for the delivery of educational programs.
n
Demonstrated management and leadership skills with experience in managing and leading staff to promote a cohesive and effective team and managing workflows.
n
Proven experience and success in managing staff performance and development.
n
