Cult Design is looking for an experienced
Sales Consultant
to join our Melbourne showroom team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking someone with a proven background in
high-end, premium or luxury sales
, who has a genuine passion for furniture, interiors and design.

The Role
n
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving strong commercial results.
n
Working from our Melbourne showroom, you will build relationships with private clients, designers, architects and industry professionals, guiding them through the selection and purchasing process and helping create considered furniture solutions for their spaces.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
n
Building strong and lasting client relationships
n
Delivering a high level of personalised customer service
n
Selling premium furniture, lighting and interior products
n
Understanding client requirements and providing considered product recommendations
n
Developing strong knowledge of Cult's brands, products, materials and finishes
n
Managing enquiries and the sales process from initial consultation through to order
n
Building repeat and referral business
n
Keeping up to date with design trends, products and the wider interiors market
n
Maintaining a highly presented and commercially effective showroom
n
Contributing positively to the wider Melbourne showroom team and sales performance
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an accomplished salesperson who is
commercially driven, confident with high-end clients and genuinely passionate about furniture and design.
n




You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience in
high-end, premium or luxury sales
n
A strong track record of achieving sales targets
n
A genuine passion for
furniture, interiors, architecture and design
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A polished and professional presentation
n
A consultative approach to selling
n
Strong negotiation and closing skills
n
The ability to build genuine and trusted client relationships
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
n
A proactive, positive and motivated attitude
n
The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
n
Confidence using technology and sales systems
n
n
Experience within
furniture, interiors, luxury retail, property, hospitality, fashion or another premium sales environment
will be highly regarded.
