Job Description
The Gem Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead our team in a busy, family-owned pub environment. You will oversee gaming room operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and coach staff to deliver friendly, skilled service.

Flexibility is key with a 7-day roster, night shifts, and opportunities for growth. Valid Food Safety, RMLV, RSA and RSG are required, along with your own transport and a current Australian driver's licence.
