TheOpportunity:UniversalStore is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Charge role.
This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you're looking to grow your retail leadership career.The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‐night trade and weekends.ResponsibilitiesLeadstore operations and teamperformance.Deliverexceptional customer experiences every day.Support and coach team to achieve sales targets.Execute VM and promotional directives.Assist with inventory management and stock insights.Lead by example and uphold Universal Store culture.Skills and ExperiencePrevious leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).
Solid sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.Warm,
