THE ROLE
Guest Services Team Member
We are looking to welcome a number of passionate customer service individuals to our team on a casual basis to provide various services to guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience when attending our precinct!
In our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for enabling ease of entry at the turnstiles, checking tickets, lift assistance, monitoring crowd behaviour, and providing directions, venue, and event information.
YOUR AVAILABILITY
Our thriving precinct operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Work often takes place during early mornings, late nights and on weekends.
To be successful, your availability should be aligned to these times and include our peak event period between August and March each year,



where you will be rostered on to shifts according to event requirements across our precinct.
You will also need to have full availability for the Australian Open from11th - 31st of January ****.

you will be invited to attend our in-person Guest Services Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 23rd September from 5.30pm onwards.
Attendance at this session is mandatory to be considered for these roles.
The role can require standing for long periods of time, so please keep this in mind when applying.
