Job Description:
As a Lead Developer you will develop solutions for Continuous Improvement items as defined/discussed with Senior Tech Lead from Group Property & Group Protective Services Technology team
Groom Continuous Improvement items in JIRA and Confluence working along with Tech Lead
Create a Change Implementation Plan (CIP)
Implement the change on non-prod setting
Create a change for non-prod and prod.
Coordinate with L3 team for CTASK creation for the Deployment
Coordinate with Testing team (as applicable) for SIT and UAT
Coordinate with Business to provide solution overview along with Tech Lead (so need a Lead Developer)
Ability to work with vendor to discuss on solution/problem statement
Primary Skills:
Min 10 years of IT experience
Tech skills - VB.Net, VB script, MS SQL or MySQL, Rest API, PowerShell, HTML
Operating System: Basic awareness of Windows/Linux
Knowledge of Jira,



Confluence
Secondary Skills
Good to have Tech skills: ServiceNow, DevOps, Bit Bucket, GIT, Splunk
Good to have OS skills: Windows/Linux (example: IIS, TCP Ports, Registries, Firewall, Security (permissions), Active Directory, Able to verify logs, access system, able to run scripts, File systems, etc)
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, to coordinate with Business and Technology teams
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
Document the development work in Confluence, word doc.
Proficient in Change Management skills
Awareness of Agile methodology
Abel to understand the bigger picture and prepare Impact analysis before providing solutions
