Job Description
St John of God Accord (SJGA) seeks an experienced Team Leader to guide Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) teams in Mernda, VIC.
You will coach Disability Support Workers, manage rosters, and ensure high-quality, person-centred supports that meet NDIS standards.
A 2:1 staffing model applies with rotating shifts.
You will hold a Certificate IV in Disability or higher, have NDIS screening clearance, a current driver's license, WWCC and a first aid certificate.
