About the Role
n
As part of the catering team, you will play an important role in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
n

Prepare and cook meals in line with menus and dietary requirements
n
Assist with food preparation, plating and meal service
n
Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen
n
Follow food safety, infection control and workplace health and safety procedures
n




Support the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Previous experience as a Cook, Assistant Cook or in a similar catering role
n
Food Handling Certificate or equivalent qualification
n
Current Influenza Vaccination Record **********)
n
Australian Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
n
A positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills
