Key Responsibilities
n •
Team Leadership and Development
: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive, inclusive culture
n •
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance,
n scheduling, and team coordination
n •
Customer Experience
: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal
n •
Financial Management
: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs
n •
Compliance and Quality Control
: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld at all times
n •
Brand Representation:
Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values of authenticity, quality, and community in everything you do

What We're Looking For
n • Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
n • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
n • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
n • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n • High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
n • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Mandatory Requirements

• I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online (free online, must be completed before starting)
n
• Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
n
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
