IT Skills and Experience

Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)
n
Performing Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
n
Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
n
Printer support
n
Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
n
Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
n
Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
n
Unboxing of devices and performing DOA (Dead on Arrival) process if needed.
n
Collection of device information (MAC address/ Model/ SN)
n
Connect devices to warehouse network
n
Physical installation of devices (installation of the tablet to a forklift,



installation of the physical printer)
n
Configuration of the device including OS and application level (as per manual)
n
Function test for each device
n
Label print test from performance, quality, speed, and stability.
n
Device setup and configuration knowledge transfer
n
Support Go-Live Change environment from INT to PROD
n
Printer general test
n
n
IT Qualifications
n
At least two of the following:
n
n
PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
n
CompTIA A+ Certification
n
Microsoft Certified IT Skilled (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
n
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
n
n
Experience in a similar role
n
n
02+ Years of relevant experience.
