At Asahi Beverages, safety and wellbeing are fundamental to how we operate. We're looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of Environment, Safety & Wellbeing (ESW) training across the business.
n
You'll deliver engaging learning experiences, develop practical training solutions and support the ongoing improvement of ESW training across the business. Working across a diverse range of functions, you'll help ensure our people have the knowledge, skills and support they need to work safely and confidently while contributing to a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training across a broad range of ESW topics.
n
Own and continuously improve the ESW Training Needs Analysis (TNA) framework and training matrix.
n
Develop, review and maintain training content that is practical, relevant and aligned to business requirements.
n
Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and capability gaps.
n
Use data and insights to monitor compliance, evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
n
Support ongoing improvements to training systems, processes and governance.
n
Coordinate and facilitate key training initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, hospitality, commercial and corporate functions.

Lead and support the Asahi Safety Leadership training program.

About You:
n
n
Experience delivering training programs within a medium to large complex organisation.
n
Solid facilitation and presentation skills across both virtual and face-to-face environments.
n
Experience developing training content, learning programs or training frameworks.
n
The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
n
Experience identifying learning needs and translating them into practical training solutions.
n
Confidence using systems and data to monitor training activity, identify gaps and measure outcomes.
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
n
A genuine passion for learning, development and helping people build new skills.
n
Experience within safety, health, wellbeing, manufacturing, logistics or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
