What We're Looking For
n
• Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues
n • Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, efficient and fun
n • A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude
n • Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade
n • Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into great guest experiences
n • Excellent communication and organisational skills




n • Experience with gaming, cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred
n • RSA essential
n • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods
