Customer Service Representatives - Clayton n

, we're building a stronger Customer Service team-and we're looking for switched-on people who want to grow with us.

This isn't a scripted call-centre role. You'll solve real problems, help customers keep their projects moving and learn how an established Australian manufacturing business operates.
The Role n
Based onsite at Clayton, you'll work with customers, production and internal teams to:

Respond to enquiries by phone and email
n
Provide product, order and delivery information
n
Process order updates and changes
n
Investigate and resolve issues
n
Keep customers informed
n
Maintain accurate records
n
n
