About the Waiter/Waitress Position n
We're seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from greeting customers to serving diners. Our Waiters/Waitresses strive to give our customers the best dining experience possible in the time they're with us.

Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities n
n
Greet diners in a timely manner
n
Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and any other preferences
n
Stay up-to-date on the latest menu offerings and specials to answer any questions
n
Serve food from the kitchen in a safe and timely manner
n
Regularly check in with patrons to ensure they have everything they need, including refilling beverages
n
Present diners with checks and process payments
n
Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines
n
Assist with bussing tables as needed
n
Waiter/Waitress Requirement n
n
Experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred but not required
n
An energetic, friendly, and customer service-oriented personality
n




Superb communication and interpersonal skills
n
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
n
Must be able to stay on your feet for multiple hours at a time
n
Must be able to regularly lift
n
Be willing to assist with other duties as needed
n
Must be able to work as part of a team

Housekeeping / Guests Services Key Responsibilities:
n
Room Cleaning:
n
n
Clean, dust, and polish guest rooms and public areas.
n
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
n
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.
n
Empty trash bins and restock room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and tissues.
n
n
Bathroom Cleaning:
n
Scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
n
Replace toiletries and towels as needed.
n
Ensure all bathroom amenities are neatly arranged.
n
Public Areas and Back-of-House:
n
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, stairways, and elevators.
n
Clean staff areas, including offices and break rooms.
n
Guest Interaction:
n
Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
n
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism.
n
General Duties:
n
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping
Supervisor/Manager.
n
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
n
Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
n

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities
n
Key Responsibilities:
n General maintenance and repairs of buildings and facilities
n Gardening, mowing, weeding, and landscaping duties
n Upkeep of outdoor areas including paths, fences
