Monitorsalesactivity,staffperformanceandcustomerfeedback
Prepareoperationalupdatesandreportsformanagement

Requirements & Eligibility
DemonstratedexperienceinaDutyManager,Supervisororhospitalitymanagementposition
Genuinehands-onknowledgeofhospitalityandvenueoperations
Provenabilitytolead,superviseandmotivatehospitalityteams
Strongcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills
Confidentdecision-makingandproblem-solvingability
Experiencewithstockcontrol,orderingandbasicfinancialresponsibilities
Abilitytoworkevenings,weekendsandotherflexiblehospitalityhours
Relevanthospitality,businessormanagementqualificationsareadvantageous
