Key Responsibilities
Takeownershipofpreventativemaintenanceprogramsacrossamodernagriculturalmachineryfleet
Inspect,diagnose,andrepairtractors,harvesters,sprayers,trucks,andsupportequipment




Completemechanicalfaultfindingandprovideeffectivesolutionstominimiseoperationaldowntime
Carryoutscheduledservicing,componentreplacements,andmachineryupgrades
Respondtourgentfieldbreakdownsandcompletemobilerepairsduringpeakfarmingperiods
Maintainaccuratemaintenancerecordsandequipmentservicehistory
Manageworkshoporganisation,tools,partsinventory,andrepairsystems
Workcloselywithfarmoperatorsandmanagementtoimprovemachineryperformance
Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttootherteammemberswhenrequired
Assistwithmaintaininghighsafetyandoperationalstandardsacrossthefarmingoperation
Requirements & Eligibility
QualifiedDieselMechanicordemonstratedequivalentindustryexperience
Provenexperiencemaintainingheavymachinery,agriculturalequipment,trucks,orsimilarassets
Strongdiagnosticabilitywithconfidencetroubleshootingcomplexmechanicalissues
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeresponsibilityformaintenanceoutcomes
Reliableworkapproachwithflexibilityduringbusyagriculturalseasons
Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkeffectivelywithinateamenvironment
Commitmenttosafety,qualityworkmanship,andcontinuousimprovement
WillingnesstoworkinaregionalfarmingenvironmentinNewSouthWales
