Part time Guest Service Agent (GSA)
to join our Front Office team.
n
Overlooking the Mersey River, Novotel Devonport boasts an unrivalled waterfront location, unique design, outstanding service and an exciting hotel concept.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, responding to enquiries, sharing information about the hotel and providing local tourism, dining and entertainment recommendations.

Part Time Guest Service Agent/Front Office All Rounder
n
n
Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
n
Make the check-in, check-out process run smoothly
n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards etc
n
Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
n
Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalating as required
n
Communicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to assist guests in regard to room changes, dining bookings etc.
n




Assist with valet parking as required
n

Qualifications n
n
n
n
Previous customer service or hospitality experience highly regarded
n
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends or public holidays
n
Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their stories
n
Have a genuine love of Devonport and a desire to share your knowledge with our guests
n
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
n
High level of computer literacy
n
Be reliable, well-groomed and have excellent attention to detail
n
Full Tasmanian Manual and Auto Drivers License is essential
n
