Build workforce capability through effective onboarding, training and competency development programs
n
Deliver engaging one on one, field based and group training across operational teams
n
Conduct competency assessments and verification of competency activities
n
Support the ongoing development of training systems, records and compliance requirements
n
Partner with leaders and crews to strengthen skills, knowledge and operational performance
n
Promote a robust safety culture through practical coaching and mentoring in the field
n
Requirements n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or Enterprise Trainer/Assessor Skillset)
n
Operational experience within mining, processing, maintenance or another heavy industry environment
n
Experience delivering training, inductions, coaching, mentoring or competency assessments
n
Familiarity with INX/Quartex Intuition or similar training management systems would be advantageous
n

Demonstrates expertise in developing and delivering training programs,
