Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance / Handy Person to join our team in Darwin. This is a hands-on outdoor role involving general grounds, gardening, maintenance and site clean-up duties.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in keeping sites clean, safe and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
General grounds and garden maintenance.
n
Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
n
Weed spraying and general garden upkeep.
n
Litter collection and rubbish removal.
n
General site clean-up.
n
Basic handyman and maintenance tasks.
n
Maintaining tools and equipment.
n
Following site and safety requirements.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous grounds maintenance, gardening or handyman experience is highly regarded.
n




Positive physical fitness and ability to complete manual outdoor work.
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Commitment to workplace safety.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
Current National Police Check or ability to obtain.
n
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
Ability to apply for and obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC).
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test if required.
