We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Care Consultant
to join our
Export Team
within Customer Service. As the voice of our business, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience across every interaction.
n
This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role where you'll support enquiries, identify solutions, and uncover sales opportunities while ensuring we consistently meet our customer promise.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Handle customer enquiries across sales, service, and backorders, aiming for first-call resolution
n
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
n
Identify customer needs and recommend the best product and service solutions
n
Deliver a high-quality, efficient and positive customer experience every time
n
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional value
n
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing
n
Continuously look for process improvements and efficiency gains
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service or a call centre (industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage)
n
Robust communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
n
Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships
n
Computer literacy (Windows, telephony systems)
n
Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and solve customer issues
n
