nAbout the Rolen
nWe are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the business. The successful candidate will coordinate office resources, support staff, maintain business records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the office operates efficiently and in accordance with relevant requirements.n
n
nKey Duties and Responsibilitiesn
n•Coordinate daily office administration and establish priorities to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally.n
n•Organise staffing, office resources, workspaces, equipment, and administrative requirements according to business needs.n
n•Allocate tasks to administrative staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.n
n•Maintain accurate business records, accounts, invoices, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.n
n•Coordinate with education professionals, management, staff, students,
and other stakeholders to resolve administrative and operational matters.n
n•Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service arrangements to ensure the workplace remains properly maintained.n
n•Assist with recruitment, staff onboarding, training, rostering, performance management, and general personnel administration.n
n•Monitor payroll and staff records and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure information is accurate and up to date.n
n•Implement and maintain office procedures, systems, and processes to improve administrative efficiency.n
n•Ensure office activities comply with applicable workplace health and safety requirements, privacy obligations, and relevant legislation and policies.n
n•Prepare administrative reports and provide management with information to support operational planning and decision-making.n
n
nQualificationsn
n•Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field is desirable; orn
n•Diploma-level qualification in a relevant discipline with appropriate industry experience.n
n
nSkills and Experiencen
n•Minimum 1 year experience in office management, administration, or a similar coordination role.n
n•Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.n
n•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
n•Ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.n
n•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and administrative documentation.n
n•Sound knowledge of office procedures, workplace practices, and administrative systems.n
n•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and professional staff.n
n•Experience within an education, training, professional services, or similar environment will be highly regarded.n
