About the Role
n
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Disability Support Worker to support our participants in Port Macquarie.
n
The role involves assisting participants with personal care, domestic tasks, bowel care, daily errands and social activities while promoting independence, confidence and choice.
n
Shifts
n
Available across Monday to Sunday.
n
Ideally, applicants will have availability from 6:00am onwards and be flexible to support the participant's weekly routine and community activities.
n

n
Confident supporting community access and daily routines
n
Skilled at encouraging independence and building confidence
n
Good problem-solvers with strong communication skills
n
Comfortable supporting planning, appointments and secure community participation

Certificates & Licences Required

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check – Employee
n
First Aid and CPR Certificate
n




Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
n
Australian Driver's Licence and fully insured vehicle
n
n
Pay Rates
n
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
n
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

Base hourly rate: $*****

Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $*****

Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)$*****
