As the business continues to scale, we are hiring an Operations & Office Manager to act as the central operator across the business ensuring the leadership team is highly leveraged, the office runs seamlessly, and key priorities are executed with speed and accountability. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role suited to someone who thrives in an in-office environment, takes ownership, and brings structure to a dynamic business. You will work directly with the Head of Operations and closely with the CEO and broader management team, acting as a force multiplier across the business not just supporting, but owning coordination, driving follow-through, and ensuring execution standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

Own the day-to-day coordination of business operations across teams, working closely with the Head of Operations
n
Act as the central triage point for internal and external requests prioritising, redirecting, and ensuring fast resolution. This includes triaging incoming client call enquiries (approx ***** calls a day)
n
Manage operational priorities, actions and follow-ups, ensuring deadlines are met across stakeholders
n
Support and leverage the CEO and Head of Operations by coordinating priorities, actions and follow-ups so their time remains focused on high-value activities
n
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively,



and remove friction before it escalates
n
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications to support decision-making
n
Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a high-performance, professional environment
n
Manage and support office logistics including seating, meeting rooms, equipment, and overall presentation
n
Oversee vendors (cleaning, maintenance, utilities) and ensure standards are consistently met
n
Support day-to-day administration and coordination of Shore's core application system and internal platforms
n

Confident communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the business

High level of ownership you don't wait to be told, you take control and deliver outcomes

Ability to enforce structure and hold others accountable where required

Strong attention to detail with a focus on follow-through
n
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
n




Experience in financial services or a high-performance professional environment preferred
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion or similar is advantageous
