Key Responsibilities

Drive store sales and achieving sales budgets, leading the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Oversee store operations, rostering, stock management and financial performance.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

Champion the Grown Alchemist customer journey and deliver exceptional, personalised service.
n
Build client relationships and leverage the customer database to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Support local partnerships, events and brand initiatives.

Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, promotional execution and store presentation.

About You

2+ years' retail management experience, ideally in skincare, beauty or premium retail.
n
Proven sales and KPI performance.
n
Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
Passionate about skincare, beauty and delivering outstanding experiences.

Commercially minded, organised and confident managing a fast-paced store environment.

Positive, proactive and hands-on approach.
