Job Description
About the work unit / facility: Townsville Renal Services provides acute and chronic renal replacement therapy, including haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The Charters Towers Renal Unit is a four-chair satellite unit providing a six-day service for patients in the region.

You'll assess, plan and coordinate complex nursing care, support and mentor nursing staff, and contribute to clinical education, quality improvement and best-practice outcomes within the unit.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and proof of registration (AHPRA)Highly Desirable: Relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate fieldHighly Desirable: Current Adult Life Support
certificateRequired
to work all shifts in accordance with the unit rosterThis is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
