Minimum 2 years Management experience in a similar environment with an strong attention to detail.

WSET and CMS training is desired but not essential.

THE ROLE: Manager
n
n
Responsible for service and sales.
n
Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
n
Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.
n
Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.
n
Assisting the Owners with daily and weekly restaurant operations.
n
To capably lead FOH staff members during service.
