The Role n

Entry-level Business Development Representative focused on outbound lead generation
n
Work directly with senior account executives to qualify leads and book meetings
n
Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach, follow-ups and data hygiene
n
Receive structured training in sales techniques, product knowledge and objection handling
n
Fast-paced role with explicit performance metrics and commission upside
n
About You n
n
Experience in sales, outbound sales, retail, or direct sales
n




Confident and persuasive on the phone with strong written communication
n
Highly organised, KPI-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment
n
Completed a bachelor's degree or a diploma (any discipline)
n
Interest in B2B sales and growth mindset; coachable and resilient
