We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant Trainee
to join our host based in
Girraween.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain practical workplace experience while completing a
Certificate III in Business
— all while being supported throughout their traineeship.
n
No previous experience is required. We're looking for someone who is organised, friendly, creative and eager to learn.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n

Reception, customer enquiries and general administration
n
Data entry, filing, documents and spreadsheets
n
Social media content and scheduling
n
Marketing campaigns, email marketing and promotions
n
Creating marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
n
Website, CRM and database management
n
Events and other team projects
n
n
