Assistant Store Manager
to join our
Armadale Boutique.

Supporting the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting chance for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire their team and grow their career within a premium boutique environment.

What You'll Do n
n
Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
n
Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
n
Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton's visual standards
n




Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
n
Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives
n
What You Bring n
n
Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store
n
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
Passion for customer experience and clienteling
n
A natural eye for styling and love of luxury products
n
Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
n
Energy, positivity, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
