The Role
n

Translate strategic people priorities into structured project plans, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
n
Coordinate cross-functional and regional stakeholders, manages project governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and communications, and ensures initiatives are delivered with strong adoption, accurate reporting and sustainable business outcomes.
n
Support projects spanning people systems, employment compliance, policy implementation, organisational change, talent, remuneration, workforce processes and operating model improvement

Who you are
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Project Management or a related field. Formal project management or change management certification is desirable.
n
Demonstrated experience managing multiple HR,



business transformation, systems, compliance or process improvement projects in a complex, multi-site or multinational organisation.
n
Strong capability in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change delivery, documentation and executive reporting.
n
Excellent organisation, analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, challenge constructively, manage ambiguity and drive actions to completion.
