We are currently seeking a junior kitchen hand to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.

Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks.
n
Follow instructions from chefs or cooks to support efficient kitchen operations.
n
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
n
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working setting.
n
Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
n
Work cooperatively with kitchen team and servers to ensure efficient dishwashing and support during busy periods.
n
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to fulfil tasks and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
