Experienced Front of House Team Member – Casual Role n
A well-established, family-friendly pub in Ballarat is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Front of House team member to join our team on a casual basis.

Our traditional local venue offers quality pub meals and welcoming service across its bar, dining and outdoor areas. We're proud to provide a relaxed atmosphere where locals and visitors can enjoy a great meal or drink.
The role n
Your duties will include:
n

Welcoming and serving customers
n
Taking food and drink orders
n
Pouring beers and preparing drinks
n
Running meals and clearing tables
n
Processing payments
n
Keeping the bar and dining areas clean and organised
n
Providing warm and attentive customer service
n
n
This is a casual role, and the number of hours is negotiable based on your experience and availability.
About you n
To be considered, you must:

n




Have previous front of house or hospitality experience
n
Hold a current Victorian RSA
n
Be confident working in a busy pub setting
n
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Be reliable, punctual and a strong team player
n
Be available to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
n
