nOn behalf of our client, a growing organization delivering integrated property, construction, and project management services, we are seeking an Advertising Specialist. This role is central to driving brand visibility and supporting sales objectives through strategic, data-informed campaigns.n

nKey Duties and Responsibilitiesn
n• Plan, develop, and manage advertising campaigns tailored to property and construction markets, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and project timelines.n
n• Advise senior management and external stakeholders on targeted advertising strategies to reach homebuyers, investors, and commercial clients, emphasizing property attributes and market positioning.n
n• Coordinate end-to-end campaign production, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement across digital, print, and broadcast channels, while adhering to budget and scheduling constraints.n
n• Commission and analyze market research to identify demand for new developments and existing property portfolios, using statistical data to refine pricing and sales strategies.n
n• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing across social media and websites, with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation.n




n• Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize ROI and adjust tactics in real time.n
n• Apply statistical modelling to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on profitability, supporting competitive positioning in the property sector.n
n• Recommend and implement updates to website and digital content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.n

nRequirementsn
n• 2+ years' experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management, preferably in agriculture, food production, or premium consumer goodsn
n• Demonstrated success developing campaigns that increased market share for premium productsn
n• Exceptional ability to translate technical agricultural information into compelling consumer messagingn
n• Robust analytical skills with experience interpreting market research and sales datan
n• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics softwaren
n• Outstanding project management capabilities with experience managing budgets and timelinesn
n• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Agricultural Business, or related field.n
