The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated full time
Production Operator
to support the manufacture and assembly of high-quality automotive parts with electronic components. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the delivery of cutting-edge products and the ongoing growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly and production of automotive parts and electronic components to required specifications.
Operate production, overmoulding, potting, testing and related equipment safely and in accordance with work instructions.
Conduct quality checks, testing and inspections to ensure products meet defined standards and tolerances.
Maintain accurate production, testing and inventory records, reporting stock shortages and production issues as required.
Support goods receiving, packaging and dispatch activities to ensure efficient workflow and customer delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment while adhering to all quality, environmental and WHS requirements.
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.

What You Bring To The Team
Previous experience in electronic assembly, production assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow work instructions, production guidelines, quality requirements and testing procedures.
High level of attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
Ability to safely perform detailed assembly, inspection and routine testing tasks requiring visual accuracy, with reasonable adjustments considered where applicable.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to complete assembly and handling tasks safely and accurately.
Ability to accurately record numerical data and production/testing information in accordance with work instructions.
Robust time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively.
