Bright Steps Academy Mandurah is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre - and we're looking for an Assistant Director to join our founding team.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture of a new centre, inspire educators, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
n

Support the Centre Director in daily operations and team management
n
Assist with enrolments, compliance, and reporting
n
Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality programs
n
Build and maintain strong family and community connections
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education (Centre Director: 2+ years preferred)
n
ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
n
Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
n
A genuine passion for inspiring people and delivering exceptional care
n
Collaborative and people-focused approach
