PLS is seeking a Process Shift Supervisor to lead the processing production crew at the Pilgangoora Operation, ensuring safe and efficient plant and tailings facility operations to meet client specs and production targets.

This permanent full time role operates on a day/night shift roster (8 days on, 6 days off; 7 nights on, 7 days off) FIFO from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region, offering opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiative.
